| Vacations are better on the island! The beach is back, most of the seawall's businesses are back to normal and we are looking forward to a great summer! Welcome to our website. We are your hosts, Lee and Shelley Plunkett and we have done everything we can to make your stay with us comfortable and stress free. Our queen size beds all have pillow-top mattresses with soft Egyptian cotton sheets. Our kitchen is fully equipped and the furniture and amenities are contemporary and comfortable. Enjoy the convenience of being close to everything. Go for a very short walk to Sunflower Bakery or Mosquito Cafe for a full meal or a snack or bring a little something back for a meal at the house. Listen to the doves as you drink your morning coffee on our veranda...you're 8 feet off the ground and out of sight so you can do it in your pajamas if you want to..we do! Take the 2 minute drive to the beach or take the kids to Schlitterbahn. There's Moody Gardens, the Lone Star Flight Museum, Magic Carpet golf, Seawolf Park, Rainforest Cafe, deep sea fishing tours...there's just so much to do here on the island! We guarantee..the fun is limitless! |
