2 bedrooms with queen-size beds and pillow-top mattresses, self inflating
queen-size velour-top air mattress, large comfortable couch with
removable back cushions can sleep one person, Egyptian cotton bed linens
and extra large towels, bath sheets, and face cloths, blow-dryer, also your

crock pot, electric skillet, coffee maker, blender, & toaster, dishes,
silverware, cookware, & bakeware. We provide dishwashing liquid, coffee
filters, & dishwasher tablets.

parking permit for 1 vehicle, restaurants & shops within a two minute
walk, full service grocery within a 3 minute drive and beach within a 2
minute drive.....you can see the seawall from the street in front of the
house. You can always find a spot to park on the seawall, even during
holiday weekends plus... we know where the un-crowded beaches are!

There is a housekeeping charge of $50 to $80 which will be deducted from
your deposit. Deposits depend on whether you use one story or both and

A person 25 years of age or older must be responsible for the rental & must
be present during the entire stay. We do not rent the house for homecoming
or proms. We rent during Spring Break to FAMILIES ONLY.

Please keep in mind that you will be in a residential neighborhood; loud
partying, music etc.. will be reported to us. Your stay will be terminated
