Our Home features:
2 bedrooms with queen-size beds and pillow-top mattresses, self inflating queen-size velour-top air mattress, large comfortable couch with removable back cushions can sleep one person, Egyptian cotton bed linens and extra large towels, bath sheets, and face cloths, blow-dryer, also your first roll of toilet paper (yippee!)
Our kitchen includes:
refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave oven, & electric range, crock pot, electric skillet, coffee maker, blender, & toaster, dishes, silverware, cookware, & bakeware. We provide dishwashing liquid, coffee filters, & dishwasher tablets.
Other amenities:
2 televisions with vcr/dvd players, cable television, cd player,central heat and air, ceiling fans, washer and dryer, one car garage, on street parking permit for 1 vehicle, restaurants & shops within a two minute walk, full service grocery within a 3 minute drive and beach within a 2 minute drive.....you can see the seawall from the street in front of the house. You can always find a spot to park on the seawall, even during holiday weekends plus... we know where the un-crowded beaches are!

Rates
Spring/Summer rates from April 15th to Sept 15th
$175 per night Friday, Saturday with a 3 night minimum
Sunday - Thursday $145 per night with a 3 night minimum
$900 per week
Fall Rates from September 16th to November 30th
$145 per night Friday, Saturday, Sunday with a 2 night minimum
Monday to Thursday $125 per night with a 2 night minimum
$800 per week
Winter rates from December 1st to April 14th
$125 Per night with a 2 night minimum
Monday to Thursday $115 per night with a 2 night minimum
$700 per week
Dickens weekend, Biker Rally weekend, Easter weekend, Mardi Gras weekends,
New Years--summer rates apply
There is a housekeeping charge of $50 which will be added to each stay.
A person 25 years of age or older must be responsible for the rental & must be present during the entire stay. We do not rent the house for homecoming or prom.
Please keep in mind that you will be in a residential neighborhood; loud partying, music etc.. will be reported to us. Your stay will be terminated and deposits will not be refunded.

deposit will be refunded within two weeks of checkout if everything is left the way you found it and the parking permits have not been damaged or taken.
Security deposit of $200 is required for stays of 4 nights or more, Security deposit of $100 is required for stays of 3 nights.
A deposit of 50% of the total due must be received at least 30 days prior to your arrival to hold the house. In the event that you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded for only those days that we are able to find replacement guests.
