Our Home features:
3 bedrooms plus loft.
2 bedrooms have queen-size beds, 1 bedroom has 2 queen beds,
the loft has a double futon with a very thick mattress.
2 twin-sized, thick foam floor pallets, large comfortable couch with
removable back cushions can sleep one person, Egyptian cotton bed linens
and extra large towels, bath sheets, and face cloths, blow-dryer, also your
first roll of toilet paper (yippee!)

crock pot, electric skillet, coffee maker, blender, & toaster, dishes, silverware,
cookware, & bakeware. We provide dishwashing liquid, coffee filters, &
dishwasher tablets.

3 televisions with vcr/dvd players, cable television, cd player, central
heat and air, ceiling fans, washer and dryer, one car garage with storage,
washer and dryer, restaurants & shops within a two minute walk, full
service grocery within a 2 minute drive and beach within a 2 minute
drive.....you can see the seawall from the street in front of the house.
You can always find a spot to park on the seawall, even during holiday
weekends plus... we know where the un-crowded beaches are!

SUMMER RATES JUNE 1ST -- AUGUST 31 Bottom Story only-Fri & Sat $225 p/nt, Sun - Th $200 p/nt. $Both Stories-Fri & Sat $315 p/nt, Sun-Th $265 p/nt, $1250 per week for bottom story only or $1750 per week for both stories with cleaning fee & taxes included in all rates |

| Deposits depend on whether you use one story or both and how long you stay in the house. Please call for a quote. Pets on approval only. Pet deposit is $35 per pet non-refundable. |
| A person 25 years of age or older must be responsible for the rental & must be present during the entire stay. We do not rent the house for homecoming or proms. We rent during Spring Break to FAMILIES ONLY. |
| Please keep in mind that you will be in a residential neighborhood; loud partying, music etc.. will be reported to us. Your stay will be terminated and money will not be refunded. |
| Check in after 4:00 CHECK OUT BY 11:00 AM--NO EXCEPTIONS There will be a charge of $25 every 10 minute period past 11:oo AM |

| deposit will be refunded within two weeks of checkout if everything is left undamaged and the key has not been damaged or taken. |
| The deposit must be received to hold the house. The balance must be paid at least 3 days before you occupy the rental. If you pay by check, the balance must be paid 2 weeks before you occupy the house. In the event that you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded for only those days that we are able to find replacement guests. |
